I’m watching a primitive dance. The spring opening of the ancient magnolia flower. These blossoms were some of the first flowers on earth. Some 135 million years of evolution sits just centimeters from my camera’s lens.

For me this Easter weekend was a time of renewal and provided a Spring sense of hope.
